Instructions for Voters

1. I will follow all rules and guidelines of the Indian Sociological Society (ISS) during the election process.
2. I have ensured that my registered e-mail address and mobile number are updated and accessible for voting.
3. I will not share my mobile or e-mail OTP with anyone under any circumstances.
4. I understand that I must select 01 President, 01 Secretary, and 05 Managing Committee Members.
5. I understand that the Reset button can be used to change my selected candidates before final submission.
6. I am aware of the option to vote for NOTA (None of the Above).
7. I understand that no one can see, alter, or tamper with my vote after submission.
8. I understand that once my vote is submitted, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or challenged.
9. I am aware that my IP address and access time may be recorded for security and audit purposes.
10. I understand that each voter is permitted to cast their vote only once.
11. The decision of the Election Officer shall be final and binding.

मतदाता के लिए निर्देश

1. मैं चुनाव प्रक्रिया के दौरान भारतीय समाजशास्त्रीय परिषद (ISS) के सभी नियमों एवं दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करूँगा/करूँगी।
2. मैंने मतदान हेतु अपना पंजीकृत ई-मेल पता एवं मोबाइल नंबर अद्यतन कर लिया है।
3. मैं किसी भी परिस्थिति में अपना मोबाइल या ई-मेल OTP किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ साझा नहीं करूँगा/करूँगी।
4. मुझे ज्ञात है कि मुझे 1 अध्यक्ष, 1 सचिव तथा 5 प्रबंध समिति सदस्यों का चयन करना है।
5. मुझे ज्ञात है कि अंतिम सबमिशन से पूर्व चयनित उम्मीदवारों को बदलने हेतु रीसेट बटन का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
6. मुझे NOTA (उपरोक्त में से कोई नहीं) के उपयोग की जानकारी है।
7. मुझे ज्ञात है कि वोट सबमिट हो जाने के बाद कोई भी व्यक्ति मेरे वोट को देख, बदल या प्रभावित नहीं कर सकता।
8. मुझे ज्ञात है कि एक बार वोट सबमिट हो जाने के बाद उसे बदला, रद्द या चुनौती नहीं दी जा सकती।
9. मुझे सुरक्षा एवं लेखा-परीक्षण (ऑडिट) उद्देश्यों के लिए मेरे IP पते तथा एक्सेस समय के रिकॉर्ड किए जाने की जानकारी है।
10. मुझे ज्ञात है कि प्रत्येक मतदाता को केवल एक बार ही मतदान करने की अनुमति है।
11. चुनाव अधिकारी का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।
